Refund Policy

How refunds work for our physician-supervised compounded GLP-1 program.

Before medication ships

If you cancel before your compounded medication is dispensed and shipped, you receive a full refund minus the physician evaluation fee (the clinical review that has already been performed).

After medication ships

Once a personalized compounded prescription has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded, in line with pharmacy safety regulations for prescription medications.

Medical disqualification

If our physician reviews your intake and determines you are not a candidate, the medication portion of your fee is refunded. The physician evaluation fee is non-refundable because the clinical work was already performed.

The $199 Skeptics Trial

The one-time $199 trial has no auto-renewal and no membership. The same terms above apply: before your compounded medication ships you can cancel for a refund minus the physician evaluation fee.

Email us or call the clinic. We review every request promptly and process approved refunds to your original payment method. For full terms, see our Terms of Service.
